Prize Draw:

  1. The Rockstar WIN Gig Tickets prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland only (CI, IOM and ROI email entry only), aged 16 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Rockstar Inc. (the "Promoter") and its affiliated companies, O2 employees and their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw. No bulk or third party entries accepted.
  2. By taking part in this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. The Prize Draw is available on promotional cans of Rockstar Original, Energy Cola, Juiced – Mango and Punched - Guava whilst stocks last. All promotional cans carry a unique 9-digit code printed underneath the ring-pull.
  4. To enter via SMS (UK only):
      1. Text ROCK plus the 9 digit unique code to 66102.
      2. SMS entrants will receive one text notification confirming your entry and one text notification the following day letting you know if you have or haven’t won.
      3. All UK text messages sent and received as part of the prize draw are made free by O2.
      4. You may be able to enter when roaming outside the UK. Please note: If you enter from outside the UK, foreign network operator charges may apply.

      1. Email your unique code, plus your name, address, mobile number and where you saw the promotional cans to gigtickets@rockstarenergy.co.uk
      2. Winners selected from ROI will be asked to answer a qualifying question in order to claim your prize.
      3. Only winners will be notified.
  6. For alternative entry without purchase (NI, CI, IoM and ROI only) and for the same chance of winning; send your name, address and phone number plus the store where you saw the promotional cans to 'Rockstar Promotion’, PO BOX 497, Manchester, M2 5WR and you will be entered into the draw. Only one entry per stamped envelope. Standard winner selection will then apply. Only winners will be notified. Please allow up to 3 working days from receipt of entry for postal delivery to be entered.
  7. Only one code can be entered at a time.
  8. Codes are unique and can only be used once. Attempts to enter promotional codes not intended for use in this Promotion or intentionally attempting to subvert the code entry requirements could result in prosecution. The Promoter may stop your involvement with the Promotion pending, and during, the investigation, and your registration may be deleted if we are concerned for the integrity of the Promotion. The Promoter’s decision to ban any consumer is final. The selling of codes, or packaging of Rockstar promotional cans is strictly forbidden.
  9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or incompletely received for any reason. The Promoter will not be responsible for codes damaged or defaced in the way the can is opened. If you cannot read your promotional code due a genuine printing error, please send your can and personal details to Rockstar Can Problems’, PO BOX 497, Manchester, M2 5WR.
  10. There are 5 pairs of O2 Academy Vouchers (see full terms below) to be won every day from 01.09.2009 until 31.10.2009 inclusive. Daily prize draws run midnight to midnight.
  11. Early entries will be entered into the first draw.
  12. Late Entries (all regions)
      1. Entries received after 31.10.2009 and by midnight 28.02.11 will be entered into a final late entry draw to win 1 of 5 pairs of O2 Academy Vouchers.
      2. Email your unique code, plus your name, address, mobile number and where you saw the promotional cans to gigtickets@rockstarenergy.co.uk
      3. Winners selected from ROI will be asked to answer a qualifying question in order to claim your prize.
      4. Late entries can also be entered via NPN route.
      5. Only winners will be notified.
  13. Entries will be put into a draw based on the time the text message, email or postal entry is received by the draw engine. No responsibility will be taken for entries delayed, lost, corrupted or mis-sent for whatsoever reason. Proof of entry will not be taken as proof of receipt.
  14. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the entry routes will be available 100% of the time. However, entries received will be queued until the next available draw.
  15. All winners will be selected at random and under independent supervision.
  16. All winning claims are subject to a full verification process.
  17. Winners may be required to participate in related and reasonable publicity without further recompense.
  18. Winner's details for delivery of prize will be retrieved by phone within 3 working days of win notification. Whilst all reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners, if this cannot be achieved within 28 days the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award any prize to a substitute drawn at the same time as the original.
  19. A list of the prize winners' names and counties (except late entry prize winners) will be available after 31.10.09 by sending a SAE to 'Rockstar Winners’, PO BOX 497, Manchester, M2 5WR. A list of the prize winners for the late entry draw will be available after 28.02.11 at the same address.
  20. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  21. There are no cash alternatives and, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  22. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with current UK Data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
  23. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By taking part in the Promotion you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

O2 Academy Vouchers

  1. O2 Academy vouchers must be redeemed against advanced booked gig tickets at any of the 12 UK O2 Academy venues. These are O2 Academy Birmingham, O2 Academy Bristol, O2 Academy Brixton, O2 Academy Glasgow, O2 ABC Glasgow, O2 Academy Islington, O2 Academy Leeds, O2 Academy Liverpool, O2 Academy Newcastle, O2 Academy Oxford, O2 Shepherds Bush Empire and O2 Academy Sheffield.
  2. All vouchers must be redeemed through the O2 Academy box office within a 6 month period from the start date printed on the voucher (although the show can be outside of the 6 month period).
  3. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given if the value of the ticket is lower than the £15 gift voucher.
  4. Cash must be used if there is a need to top up to meet the ticket price.

  6. At the discretion of the Promoter, a voucher alternative of equal or greater value may be offered to winners living in ROI or NI.
